This veterinary clinic had a great location and they did not want to move from it so they added onto the building.

After – Waiting Room

Waiting area with custom benches for clients to sit on, but able to have storage for the office staff. All the walls have a special vinyl protection to allow for easy cleaning.

In the addition we made a 4 person reception area with high and low counters to better serve all their clients and have them working together as a team.

This space only allowed two people to work comfortably so the rest of the staff was located in other area of the clinic.

A very large and spacious area for the staff to work and have private conversations with their clients when necessary.

In this before picture you can see a cutout in the wall. We opened up this space so it was larger and built a counter for patients to check in at. This picture is taken in the now new work space of the reception area.

In the front of this picture is the seating for the waiting area. To the back of this picture and to the left of the half wall is where the purple wall use to be. No patients check out and walk through.

The purple wall was removed and this is the space where the patients check out after their exams. To the right of the purple wall a half wall was built for the patients to check in at. The upstairs was open and we closed in the wall for noise control.

This exam room was in the old dental clinic so when they moved into their new home they really appreciated to modern upgrades in both decor and technology.

Reception Area Spruce Up

These black rectangles were recessed out like shelves and made a great climbing wall for their young clients so we came in and “filled” them so the reception desk would no longer be climbed on.
