  • Mudroom – Custom Dog Shower

    One of the main reasons for this addition was to make it easy to wash the large dog when it came in from outside all muddy. The owners want to be able to open the door from the yard and turn around and wash the dog and that is exactly what they have.

    There is a vanity sink and a drop zone for when they come in from the garage.

    The humans were not left out of this addition either! Storage was another big part of this addition and they now have lots of storage and places to put coats when they enter the home.

The owners previously had a deck in this space, but they wanted an area with more windows and something they could use all year round.  We made this into a four seasons room and then added a deck off of it for grilling.  The wooded view they have is beautiful and now they can enjoy it with these large windows.

Yes, we do commercial additions too! This local business that had out grown its space, but its location was perfect for them!  So what do you do?  Rather than moving to a new location, they built on to their existing building allowing them to double their space.

    The main entrance is right off the parking lot area allowing for easy and accessible entry into the building. This large addition allowed the business to double their size…and they didn’t have to move to a new location! We completed the new addition and they moved into that space while we remodeled the existing space. This business only had to close a few days to move into the new section and get everything set up, other than that we kept them open during this process.

    The addition was added to the left of this building. Where you see the single overhead garage door it became the main entrance into the building. We left the previous main entrance for staff to enter the building.
