It is important to be able to live in your home in a way that is best for you.  Your needs are individual and that is how we treat you.  No matter how much or how little of home modifications you need to gain your independence back, we want to help you.  This is our passion in remodeling and we want you to enjoy your home and make it as safe and convenient as possible for you.  You may just need a few grab bars to temporarily transition you as you recover or you may need to have more assistance as the days/months/years progress.  We are CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialists) trained and we are here for you.

Sometimes a few home modifications will not be enough as in this case.  The client’s condition was going to progress from fully functioning to only functioning from the neck up.  Our clients needed an addition to help them care for their loved one as the condition progressed.  We added a fully accessible bathroom, bedroom and living area.  The trusses were prepped so when it was necessary for a full body lift it would be ready to be installed.  On the exterior of the home we added a platform lift to take them up to the deck and be able to enter the home on the back side.
